Please clarify the following;
One company has taken the premises with rental agreement. Is it possible to sub lease the another sister concern? If so, any agreement has to be needed and also service tax is applicable or not?

The sub lease shall be governed by the terms and conditions as agreed between the lease.
If the LEASE permits sublease, then it can be sub leased.

you have to see the main lease agreement. if it give permission then you can give and make agreement for that.
