09 August 2011 Vicky sells to Dimple, by deed, "my estate at Rampur containing 100 bighas". Vicky has an estate at Rampur containing 100 bighas. Can later on Vicky be allowed to give evidence of the fact that the estate meant to be sold was one situated at a different place and of a different size?

09 August 2011 No, if deed says that he has sold 100 Bigha land at Rampur, it can't be denied.

09 August 2011 But if he do not have right to sell on the date of deed, than this deed will be void and therefore, transaction will be void.. :)
