Dear All,
In order to avoid PF liability, my client is booking stipend payable to trainees under the head of Repairs And Maintenance. Is it correct accounting ?

Stipend under Repair & Maintenance? Not correct accounting at all.
It can be shown as stipend to trainee. There will not be any PF liability on this.
