03 January 2015 Can any one please guide me how to make stamp duty for transfer of shares in Mumbai as no banks are accepting Share Transfer Deed for franking now a days.

03 January 2015 why? what is the problem?....Go to any broker.... they have ample share transfer forms duly stamped

03 January 2015 Sorry Mr. Amol S. Joglekar. Though I have not approached any of the brokers you have mentioned, I did approach Philipcapital and Angel Broking and I was directed to approach BOI Shareholings and Kapol Bank for franking and I am on square 1.

03 January 2015 Oh....that should NOT be the case....Any problem in giving due service charges to brokers? Should not be actually...

What I request, please try a small size broker. Last week only I got it done from India Bulls office In Pune

Please try a SMALL size broker who is more desirous of giving SERVICE
