Non- Judicial Stamp Paper for Rs. 10/- is enough.

1)A declaration on stamp paper of Rs. 20/- signed by the directors is required to be attached to form INC-21
*Minimum E stamp paper is for Rs.20 in KARNATAKA
Format as below,
Declaration
1.Every Subscriber to MOA has paid the value for shares agreed to be taken by him and the paid up capital of the company is not less than 1 lakh rupees.
2.The company has filed with registrar a verification of its registered office as provided in subsection(2) of section 12.
Signed by all directors.
