Suppose A person transfer House Property for no consideration & the transferee pays whole amount for registration & stamp duty then, Does transferee claims Exemption U/S 80 C ?

you can claim deduction only for repayment of housing loan. So if you have taken loan for paying the stamp duty and registration charges, then you can claim deduction for repaying the relevant loan. Else no.
