Could you pls mention the difference between the books - Service Tax Manual & Service Tax Ready Reckoner?
Secondly, do they explain concepts and cover the filing of returns?

you can buy taxmann's publication for the same just google it they will tell u the exact refrence book latest availiable or in electronic media they can give u the source
