If service is provided in the nature of repair of road work then under which category service tax invoice is to be raised, Construction service or Management, maintenance or repair service?

U must register in ST as under:-
Maintenance or repair service 00440245 00440246 00441388 00440247
And also raise ur invoice in the same category. The Tax collected by u will b deposited in the same codes at the time of preparing ur ST Return
