I am asking in which category to raise invoice.

14 May 2014 U must register in ST as under:-

Maintenance or repair service 00440245 00440246 00441388 00440247

And also raise ur invoice in the same category. The Tax collected by u will b deposited in the same codes at the time of preparing ur ST Return
