I would like to know that in case of ST -38 is mispalace what penalty paid by company in Haryana State.

17 January 2011 Maiximum penalty in HVAT in case of loss of ST 38 is Rs. 1 Lac., Lodge an NCR with concern police station and inform to the assessing authority as soon as possible along with indemnity bond, in that case you may be fined as Rs. 1 Thousand only for one ST 38.
