St-1 for new registration

I have to take new registration of Service tax. I want know that the director details is must or authorized signatories details filled is OK for taking new registration.

03 May 2014 There is no pop up/error occurs for not filled director details in ST-1. But as per your suggestion it is must. Then if i submitted details without director details then what happen?

03 May 2014 after select ur commiserate, division and range click next button

NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF PROPRIETOR / PARTNER / DIRECTOR / TRUSTEES ALONG WITH DETAILS OF AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES

1. Click if the same person is also an authorized signatory

2. Click if the same person is also a declarant

that column enter ur directors and managing directors all details and click save &and new button per each directors

after fill all directors re click save & continue click final st-1 display in pdf every thing ok submit st 1

03 May 2014 Means i must have to fill Director details along with authorize signatory details. (I had board resolution for authorize signatories).
