Dear everyone
during the audit of a company i found the company is liable for ssi exemption, company is accross the limit of Rs.1.5 Crore, so i want to know that when he should intimate to A.O
i mean before cross the limit or after cross the limit

Intimation is on reaching 90 lakhs. Most manufacturers do not do so. Normally no penalty for such an infraction.
Ideally application ofr registration should bne made at least 2 weeks before reaching the limit of 150 lakhs to avoid delays in dispatches etc.
