12 February 2015 I have been in receipt a income tax u/s 143(2) where ITO asked a query "copies of latest two scrutiny assessment orders". However I haven't fall under such query since there is no scrutiny assessment has been done yet. I replied ITO be mentioning "Not Applicable" for such query.
The ITO did not accept my answer and he wants a proper answer.
Any expert here please suggest.

12 February 2015 In stead of writing NOT applicable....try to write in details.... and still if Assessing Officer is not satisfied, send your reply through Registered A.D. post.
