Wth us the exact difference between Speculative and Non- speculative Business. How to find out.

with regards to income-tax speculative transactions and non-transactions are differentiated on the basis of delivery of the goods. where trade is settled without the delivery of the good such transactions are considered speculative. please refer section 43(5).
