Is speculation share trading eligible for presumptive taxation under 44AD??

No same can't be declared under presumptive taxation

But 44AD does not exclude speculation business.
It excludes only plying of goods carriages,commission business and agency business

Sorry in case of share trading you can opt Sec 44AD. I wrongly interpret the ques.

Yea you can opt for sec 44AD with minimum 6% profit margin
