The main object may be drafted considering the para given below:-
To carry on the business of research and development,by establishing,maintaining,conducting or otherwise setting up clinical research laboratories,medical laboratories,for carrying out scientific, medical,clinical research, or research of every other kind and to carry out research for inventing or improving any existing method of medical and or clinical products,promotion of studies,and to promote and reward studies,invention,research,investigations,lectures,seminars that may promote research or development in and outside India.
