01 February 2008 Is there any particular section under companies Act which deals with Special Economic Zone companies.

Or Is there any separate Act as such ?

How does the Audit will be conducted for such units ?

02 February 2008 Separate Act is there. Audit will be conducted under companies Act only but with reference to all applicable statutes.

03 March 2008 you will have to see that all the prerequisites that they need to comply is complied or not for it you have to take help from indirect tax also and some provision of the companies act
