Or Is there any separate Act as such ?
How does the Audit will be conducted for such units ?

Separate Act is there. Audit will be conducted under companies Act only but with reference to all applicable statutes.

you will have to see that all the prerequisites that they need to comply is complied or not for it you have to take help from indirect tax also and some provision of the companies act
