Someone else is using my DIN

20 September 2020 Sir, I just found out that some other person in a different company is using my DIN. The records were showing in the MCA under my DIN. However, I am not a director of that company. That director has the same name as mine, so could be a mistake.

What should I do? Please kindly help.
