07 July 2010 For claiming the exemption under small service providers' exemption scheme, is it necessary to file application for exemption every eligible year or a one time application is sufficient?

07 July 2010 It appears from the language of the notification, the SSI exemption is automatic. There is an option not to avail the exemption. Hence there is no need to intimate every year
