Single form 32 for appointment and resignation of directors

08 April 2013 A private limited company has 2 directors. Can we appoint 1 Additional Director and resign 1 Director in single Form 32?? The date of appointment and resignation shall be the same. And what if in case the dates are different.Kindly advice.

Yes, you can file one Form-32 for appointment and resignation of director and the date of event is same.

Please be ensure that the Form-32 should be signed by director other than above two.

The Form will not accepted if the date of event is different in Form-32.
