Respected Experts while filing the ITR 4 of an Individual which is properly Registered with IT authority with PAN - while filing of ITR 4 when I clicked sign with PFX fole a massage is comming - cannot read the file for signingC:\fakepath\ITR4_xxxxxxxxxx.xml Pls Reply Thanks Debashis Mandal

It is not a site problem. Try following:
If you go to Internet Explorer; Tools; Internet Option; Security; Custom; find the "Include local directory path when uploading files to a server" (it is quite a ways down) and click on "Enable" You may have to restart your computer, but this works & eliminates that pesky little "fakepath" that inhibits the upload.

Mr. Krishna, I am very much thankful to you for your kind advice. It worked. I made the required changes as suggested by you and then restart the computer. Om my subsequent attempt to upload the return, it uploaded magically.
