29 November 2019 Can a director whose DIN is deactivated " due to non filling of DIR 3 KYC " sign the financial statements of company ?

29 November 2019 Yes, such a director can sign the Financial Statements. there is no restriction.

29 November 2019 Can sign financials ,but cannot sign any e-Forms related to the company or get
appointed in any other company till the DIN is activated.
