I m Full Time practicing in my individual name (not in proprietary),can i sign tax audit report mentioning my name and membership no only.Kindly suggest me ASAP because its september end.

Means I Write Only My Name,Chartered Accountant and Membership No.

25 September 2012 Yes, IN ICAI Act, Its Writen That One Can Sign in Its Individual Capacity.

Not a Issue at All.

and Again in IT Return No Where It Require to Mention Firm Registration Number.

So Go Ahead.....

25 September 2012 Thank you verymuch ayush for your green signal it will help me a lot but in IT form we have to write Neme of Auditor,Membership No,Name of Firm,and PAN,m

then should i write in my name and in firm name on both place my name and my PAN no.
