Please let me know the consequences if Invoices issued has been signed by the person other than authorized signatory.

23 May 2018 As per my view., If the Signer is one of the Employee then Yes... He can Sign...

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I want further want to know that, is there any requirement of intimation to department or registration with department about the fact that these particular persons will be the authorised representative of company or not??
