Dear Sir,
I have received a letter from ICAI EIRC regarding my signature mismatch in form 103 & form 109. I am asked to give a letter wherein in need to attest my both signature by old principal.
Can I get a sample of format of letter to be send to ICAI.

Put the signature , one by one, on the left side of the paper.
Then on the right side of the paper , write the following sentence.
The impression along side is the true resemblance of the old and new signature of my then articled assistant Mr.Dhwaj Singhania bearing student registration number......
Then on the right side of the paper , write the following sentence.
