please let me know,can i take signature of any member of icai for writing IPCC examination ofter taking 2 nd year articleship transfer.

You can take the signature of any member of ICAI. (Be sure with the probable questions to be asked by such other member of ICAI. Needless to say, the question asked would be...Why? Why not your own principal?
