I am doing secondment (Transfer in 3rd year).
Am required to take signature from principal auditor for my final registration or can i take signature from CA under whom i m undergoing my internship as per secondmemt ???

no, u must take only that ca under whom you have actually registered initially i.e original ca as per form 103 and 102
