I start my office and for renovation I have paid for electric fitting, paint, cctv and celling exp. I want to know under which head I should make a entry in tally for these expenses.

08 November 2018 if office is your own than renovation you can capitalized under electrical equipment and building.

10 November 2018 You can Book it under "Fixed Assets Head" or "Repairs & Maintenance"

10 November 2018 Dear Faishal,

Seggrigate like this....All the expenses made on renovation of building is your expense and book this under repair & maint.

All the electrical item expenses like cctv, fans, lcd, ac, cooler , exhust will be capitalized under fixed assets sub head electrical equipment or office equipment.
