dear sir,
one of my client purchased flat in the year 2004,
but he didn't showed this amt. in balance sheet
so now could it be possible to show in balnce sheet in the year 2014 and if possible dan how.

you are not mention the whose B/S client personal B/S or client business B/S
if you are showing in his personal balance sheet then you see what the source of cash/bank for purchasing the flat.
then you can show this.
same in the business.
