my turnover is bellow 2cr with out gst and above 2cr with including gst. should i neeed to file gst 9

Turnover for the purpose is excluding GST .
Aggregate turnover specifically excludes: Inward supplies effected by a person which are liable to tax under reverse charge mechanism; and. Various taxes under the GST law, Compensation cess
