Our company is establishing an ICD (Inland container depot) in Uttarakhand,and it is located in rural area, there is not apply municipal and cantonment area. This company is under construction and there are only three employees, company should make registration under shops and establishment or not. If yes then where we can make registration. While it is located in rural area.

02 November 2012 Go to the concerned Gram Panchayat or such other local authority in that village. They will issue the same or you will get NOC from them stating that no tax is applicable in that village.
