25 July 2025 To register your sole proprietorship under the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954, follow these steps:

📝 Required Documents
Identity Proof: PAN Card and Aadhaar Card of the proprietor.

Business Address Proof:

Utility bill (electricity/water) for the business premises.

Rent agreement (if applicable).

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord (if applicable).

Business Details:

Name and category of the establishment (e.g., service provider).

Total number of employees (male, female, children).

Working hours and weekly off days.
