I am going to open a sub broker / financial product distribution office in chennai. It is a partner ship office. It is going be a marketing office of all financial product.
Do i need to register for shop and establishment. What is the process.

yes. need to take registration under Shops & Establishment act. contact the near Local authority office for registration and application process
