02 December 2010 i hold some lakhani shares .since tht co is not traded on BSE how to sell them wht's the procedure.

pls help.thanks in advance

03 December 2010 First you find a buyer. Purchase a transfer deed or write a letter to the company's secretarial department to provide one. Thereafter fill the deed, sign on deed and get the deed signed by buyer also. Send the duly filled and signed deed and copy of PAN card of buyer to the company. The company, if satisfied, will transfer those shares in the name of buyer.
