16 December 2010 By using access public documents see form 20B and in the attachment to annual return there will be attachment of shareholders list.

16 December 2010 Online inspection on MCA Site as mentioned by expert Aditys and ayush is the only way out.

17 December 2010 Yes by paying Rs.50/- and using the option view public documents you can inspect 20B and schedule V which contain details of all shareholders with their holdings. You can get certified copies of these forms by using the option "Get certified copies" and paying appropriate fee.
