I would like to know that what are the requirements for share transfer by a shareholder of a private company.
Is a Chartered Accountant required in the same?
Is Share Transfer agreement is also required/mandatory for the same?
Can the company claim the share transfer expenes paid to the professionals?

16 August 2011 Take Form No. 7B which is a transfer deed which you can procure from Stock Exchange duly stamped.

Fill it up and after payment of transfer fee @.25P per Rs. 100/- then lodge with the original certificate to the company for transfer.

No C.A. is required
