30 April 2015 Is it required by the newly incorporated co. to print the share certificate book ?

OR

Can share certificate can be prepared in excel ?

30 April 2015 It is not mandatory to print share certificate book.

You can prepare in excel or word and take print out

Every certificate of share or shares shall be in Form No. SH.1 or as near thereto as possible and shall specify the name(s) of the person(s) in whose favor the certificate is issued, the shares to which it relates and the amount paid-up thereon
