14 July 2012 I am a SEZ unit, we have procured some input for manufecturing of goods but changes we have closed our unit & sale the said RM (row material)to some DTA unit...
My query is that...the said RM shall procured DTA unit against Advance Licence..if any other way to sold this material to DTA pls. Give...

14 July 2012 In respect of supplies under paragraphs 10.2 (b) of the Policy, the DTA unit shall claim the Advance Licence for deemed export from the concerned licensing authorities. Alternatively, the DTA unit may claim deemed export drawback from the concerned Development Commissioner. However, for supplies to EHTP/STP, the DTA unit shall claim deemed export benefits from the licensing authorities concerned.
