SETTING UP AN INTERNATIONAL OFFICE

hello everyone,
The firm in which I work has got an offer to start an office in Qatar, in partnership with a local Chartered Accountant of Qatar.
However, as per Sch 1, Clause 4 of the Code of Ethics, a CA can enter into a partnership only with a 'recognized professional body'. Can anybody tell me if a Chartered Accountant from Qatar is a recognized professional body?

Yes its recognisd proffesional body. So no voilation of ethics.
