I got 67 marks in Mafa in last CA xam. vl it be eligible for set-off in 2nd group??

you can use setoff in group II
suppose out 400 marks required to pass in ca examination you need to get a total of (400-67) in remaining exams subject to minimum of 40 marks in every subject
