Set off alongwith exemption

I have got exemption in taxation in may 2013 attempt. now at November's attempt can I eligible for set off or not.

Yes you are eligible for set-off. The total of marks obtained in remaining subjects in the group and marks in taxation will be considered for determining fail or pass in the group.
