We are plastic Manufacturing Comapny in India. As per Party requirement we are doing Sale & Jobwork. Noew This Year our Job Work Cross Rs. 10 Lac , So Our Question is It is compulsary or Exempt for SERVICE TAX Number. Please Note That We Are doing JOB WORK only EXCISABLE Party, They are provied Annaxure II

You have crossed aggregate turnover value of taxable services does not excees 10 Lakhs tin a Financial Year. So you have to Register ST

If manufacturer is providing Annexure II and undertake that he shall pay excise duty on final product, you may claim exemption under S. No. 30 of Notification No. 25/2012-ST. No need to charge ST.
