due to some problem we have paid penalty of rs. 500/-on service tax for the f.y 2007-08 ( paid in 2011-12 )my query is
shall i show this amount in service tax return
becuase there is one column related to this
in point 4A point d
any other amount (please specity ) ____________
(this column is separatally shown by them other than this column given below )
interest paid coloumn ________
penalty paid column __________
