21 June 2010 inadvertantly I have inserted wrong figures in the service tax return
Please tell me what to do now. My CA advised me that it is a typing error. So when the service tax department asked we will give the reply Pl. tell me its right or wrong. In actual whole service tax is deposited correctly with the department.

21 June 2010 The right way, Since you found the mistake you revise the return and file the same donot wait for Department action as you already paid the service tax

21 June 2010 You can revise your ST-3 return once within 90 days after filing the original return, by clicking on Revise ST-3 option of Fill ST-3 submenu under RET menu.
