25 July 2025 Hey! Once you file your service tax return (ST-3) online on the ACES portal, the **status usually updates within 2 to 3 working days**.

### Where to check the status?

* Log in to the **ACES portal** ([https://aces.gov.in](https://aces.gov.in))
* Go to **‘View Service Tax Return Status’** or **‘Return/Refund Status’** section.
* Enter your **Registration Number** and **Return Period**.
* It will show whether your return is **Accepted, Rejected, or Pending**.
