24 November 2013 i need to knw how to return file of a firm .there is no any transction have done under dat firm , so hw to file nil return..

25 November 2013 there is no need to file service tax return in case there is no service tax liability for the relevant period.

However, if you want to file the return, just file the blank return without any transaction with ZERO values.

25 November 2013 As per latest ruling given by court in case of suchak publication it was held that when there is no service provided then no obligation to file return.
