when service provided by a security agency that is firm can necessary obtain service tax registration no. when service income below below 9 lacs rs.

no. it is not necessary for such a firm to obtain service tax registration unless and until the turnover crosses Rs 9 lacs.

yes u should first reach 9 lakhs as ur gross income from such activities for getting a service tax reg.
