Have to surrender online. Web site is www.aces.gov.in. Create userid and password if not created earlier. Login to the above site. click on 'REG'. Click on 'surrender' in the sub menu appearing. ST-2 will be displayed in the next appearing screen. Click on 'surrender ST-2' tab appearing at the bottom of ST-2.
