I want to Take Service Tax Registration for Private limited Company, which document required Private limited Company Registration? if any Web site link that also provide to me.

Now Service tax registration online, you need to register first your user name in website link
http://www.aces.gov.in/STASE/switch.do?prefix=/ui/jsp/common&page=/loginpage.do
after got the approval for username, you can login in to website and need to file online ST-1 form and check and submit online only. after submission take printout of the ST-1 form and attach the following documents
1. ID proofs & address proof
2. Proprietor and director/partners details
3. PAN card copy
4. Local authority registration details
submit to your service tax range
you can get the ST-2 registration certificate by 7-10 days through mail and take the print out of the certificate and get signed by the Service tax department

Enclosures to ST-1 are as follows:-
i) Extract of Board resolution to apply for registration and signing authority to ST-1.
ii) Copy of Certificate of incorporation, MOA and AOA.
iii)Address and identity proof of all the directors.
iv) PAN Card copy of company.
Colour printout of ST-2 may be taken for physical signature of the ST officer.
