26 August 2009 We Claimed a Refund of Rs 2,20,047.00 accoring the Refund Notification No 41/2007. The Service Tax Authority sanctioned Rs 38,547.00

We are not satisfied with the amount.

1. To whome We will lodge a complain ?
2. Or What is the next procidure to do ?

27 August 2009 Doctors, Pleaders are not in the net of SERVICE TAX. But if a Dorctor is engaged in "Beautification Servic" like Plastick Surgery for beautification, Fat reducing consultant, etc for beautification then only they will be in SERVICE TAX net.

27 August 2009 You have the facility of going in appeal against the order and then further till you get relief.
The complaints in this reagrd presently are falling on deaf ears.
