13 October 2010 WANTED HELP IN SERVICE TAX MATTER, that Does exporter can claim any refund from service tax department, against the freight paid to shipping co. while exporting GOODS, or freight paid to Goods transport Agency (GTA) while purchasing raw material As per Cenvat Credit Rules. WHOM TO APPLY, THIER PROCESS OF GETTING REFUND.

The application in Form A are filled to Dy. or Astt. Comm. of central excise before the expiry the period u/sec 11B.
